Last week we continued our ‘Take Note’ schools workshops in partnership with The DaCapo Music Foundation and Proms at St Jude’s.
Our percussion workshop of the year took place at St Mary's and St John's Primary School in Hendon, with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Led by DaCapo's Will Dollard and with Fantasia percussionists Alex Temple-Heald and Will Riby, they brought groove and inspiration to the day, focussing on rhythm, pulse and phasing.
