An evening where art and music meet.
This programme pairs masterpieces of modern and abstract art with music that both influenced and was inspired by the artists who created them.
From the layered patterns of Baroque counterpoint to the fragmented perspectives of early Modernism, each pairing offers a new way of seeing and hearing.
Performed by Fantasia string quartet, the music ranges from Bach and Stravinsky to Mussorgsky and Mozart, tracing a journey through artistic revolutions of the twentieth century and beyond.
